Boiler Conversions for

Boilers
are regulated in New Jersey by the Bureau of Boiler and Pressure
Vessel Compliance. Boilers over 100 HP normally require a
licensed boiler operator to be on site whenever the building
is occupied. However, by meeting very stringent safety control
and procedural requirements, the Board may exempt a facility
from this on-site requirement. By working closely with Verizon,
we designed control systems that utilized redundant ultraviolet
and infra-red flame sensors and other safety devices that
exempted 20 boilers from such requirements, and saved Verizon
more than one million dollars per year.
